ECOSTATION- An urban utilitarian art form in Salt Lake Sector V of Kolkata

The Eco Station is a special structure since it was created to test a novel idea in the stagnant real estate market. It is the first office building to advertise a “CAM” of zero, or no common area maintenance. Its real estate matrix basically has been calculated so that the rental money generated by leasing out some facilities offsets the common area maintenance fees. It’s interesting that this matrix only comes from 30% loading, which is the industry norm.
